Barnyard Designs Shipping and Return Policy
This Return Policy covers all items purchased through BarnyardDesigns.com. It's designed to give you confidence that we stand behind the products on our marketplace and to make returns easy if you're not fully satisfied with an item. You should review these terms carefully before making any purchase.
We are dedicated to providing all of our customers with fast and reliable delivery.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Shipment tracking information will be provided to your email as soon as the order ships. We use FedEx as our standard shipping services.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $30 in the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.
We cannot complete shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We cannot ship internationally at this time.
If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased on our website, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item (and any related items from the order) for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within 30 days.
We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you should take pictures of the damage and you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery.
To report an issue with an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
If you choose to get a refund for an eligible returned, damaged or defective item (as specified above), you'll be refunded the purchase price and applicable sales tax. For damaged or defective items, you will also receive a refund for any amount you may have paid to have the item shipped to you. For items that were not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after we receive and process the eligible item.
If your order is missing any items or parts, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com and no later than 30 days after delivery.
CancellationsYou may cancel an order within 30 minutes after placing the order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to cancel an order after 30 minutes, you should contact us at email@example.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled after 30 minutes, but we'll try our best to help.
